Yes, Most of the treated lumber out on the market now do not contain the old chemical CCA (copper chromium arsenic). They either use ACQ (alkaloid copper quartany) or MCA (micronized copper azole). The MCA is supplied by Home Depot and the ACQ is supplies by Lowe’s. You do not need to worry about pets or plants being harmed by either of those chemicals.
