There is only one type of outlet in the United Kingdom itself if you are planning to travel outside of England you would still be OK. I have a converter that includes all the differnt types of plugs for the world (I think there are about 5) and the cap goes on the converter box and your machine or in this case X-Box plugs into the converter box. I used while living in England and it worked very well. Its made by Conair. I bought this a long time ago (about 8 or 9 years ago), but I think you could buy something like that at Walmart. Conair is mine and it still works great so far.
